Weider Krea-Genic + PTK is a dietary food supplement for athletes in the form of capsules, each containing 1000 mg of Krea-Genic.
Weider Maximum Krea-Genic + PTK is a new form of creatine which unlike ordinary buffered creatine, has two buffers. The first buffer protects the creatine against the degradation by stomach acid and the second buffer ensures the undamaged transport through the blood into the muscle cells; therefore, the creatine can be absorbed by the muscles more efficiently.
Furthermore, the phase transfer catalyst PTK improves the oxygen uptake (pump effect) and as a result leads to a more effective uptake of nutrients.
Usage
- Take 4 capsules per day, preferably before workout.
- The recommendation is for 6 weeks.
- Then take a break for 2-4 weeks.
