Order & Returns

 

Order to Delivery in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Order Placed – upon successful payment details entered, you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email with the order details.

Step 2: Order Processed – upon successful processing of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order status now AWAITING SHIPMENT.

Step 3: Order Shipped – upon successful pick up of your order from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your order status now SHIPPED along with the courier tracking number.

Step 4: Order Delivered – upon successful delivery of your order to your door, you will receive a confirmation email with your order status now DELIVERED. ( please note this notification is not available in all countries)

 

 

Return to Refund in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Place Return Request – upon successful return request submitted, you will receive a RETURN REQUEST CONFIRMATION email with the return request details.

Follow the below steps to access return request page.

      • Login into your account,
      • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
      • Click the Return Item(s) button.

Step 2: Discuss Return Request – upon successful discussion with you via phone or e-mail, you will receive a confirmation email with your return request status now AUTHORISED.

Step 3: Receive Return Shipping Labels – upon successful authorisation from customer service department, you will receive pre-paid return shipping labels by email, all you have to do is just securely pack the products and call the courier to pick up from you.

Step 4: Get Refund – upon successful receipt of the safe arrival of your packet, you will be issued full refund of the product minus the *shipping costs as applicable within 48 hours.
