Usage
- Take 25 g with 150 ml of cold water or milk in a glass or shaker cup. Larger athletes may want to use 2 servings (50 g) mixed with 300 ml of water or milk, to help meet their nutritional needs.
- Use between major meals and after exercise.
- Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
- For maximum results, consume 2-3 servings daily for a minimum of six weeks.
