Usage
Use 2 servings of Synergy-ISO-7™ daily. Use 1 serving (approximately 2 rounded scoops) as a pre-exercise meal 60-90 minutes prior to workout. Use the second serving throughout the day when required or as the vital post workout meal.
HOW TO MIX: Add 2 rounded scoops (approximately 66g) of Synergy-ISO-7™ to 300ml of ice-cold water or 300ml of ice-cold milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
