Kinetica 100% Recov is the ultimate post workout supplement, designed to be used within 20 mins of training. It contains a blend of complex and simple carbohydrates, including Palatinose (Isomaltulose), combined with our unique Biotein Recov protein blend. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Our Biotein Recov blend is a special mix of whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein. Whey protein isolate contains essential amino acids and is produced using cross-flow-micro-filtration, which results in a virtually lactose and fats free protein. Hydrolysed whey protein is made through a process called hydrolysis. This is when the long chains in the whey protein have been enzymatically broken down (pre-digested) into shorter chains called peptides. Kinetica 100% Recov also contains active ingredients L-Arginine and L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Usage
- For maximum results, take within 20 minutes of training.
- Simply add 2 scoops to 400 ml of water in a shaker or blender.
